The Cherokee Nation Summer Corp is a 9-week camp for Division II students and a four-week camp for Division I students. It will be held at Greasy Immersion Charter School from June 3rd – July 31st, 2024. Camp days and hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with lunch and snacks provided.
The goal of this camp is to provide Cherokee youth in the Greasy community and surrounding areas experiential based learning experience that features Cherokee language, cultural activities, and skills-based learning. Students will be required to participate in an interview as part of the application process.

The Cherokee Nation offers Cherokee language classes taught in person at sites across Cherokee Nation’s 14-county tribal area. For those not living inside the boundaries, language classes are also offered in an online setting.
Snack and drinks provided during the morning. Lunch provided in the afternoon.
Cherokee Language adult immersion classes teach individuals the basics of the Cherokee language.
